Core duties
In the position of Project leader, you and your team are responsible for delivering projects, large or small, of both products and services, and you are an ambassador for the VEDS Group. You stand for the realization of the organization's objectives and vision.
The core duties and responsibilities of the project leader include the following work:
- At the request of the client: draw up a clear and realistic project plan from a clear vision, with a focus on the end goal. This in consultation with the commercial manager within the organization.
- Assembling a team and implementing the project in compliance with the procedures to be followed according to the quality system ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485.
- Drawing up a realistic schedule in time, capacity, money and resources.
- Maintain project-based customer contact.

Job requirements
- Possess communication and social skills such as, listening, questioning, engagement and empathy.
- Results will be focused and decisive.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Some relevant work experience in similar position, in similar industry.
- Experience in leading in Scrum & Agile methodology is a plus.
- Minimum HBO+ level of thinking.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages and good oral and written expression skills.
