VEDS Group collaborated with HUDL on hardware and PCB design, mechanics and the production of prototypes and the first serie production.
WHO: Wolk BV
WHAT: Hip protection airbag
The Wolk by WOLK BV, the first hip airbag in the Netherlands, significantly reduces hip fractures among the elderly by inflating upon detecting a fall, ensuring a softer landing. This innovation empowers seniors with reduced balance to walk confidently again. VEDS Group contributed by designing the hardware, developing prototypes, producing the first series of PCBAs and supporting the software design, playing a key role in bringing this life-enhancing technology to market.
WHO: Ipos Technology BV (no longer exists )
WHAT: Rein sensors
IPOS TECHNOLOGY was a Dutch company that offered rein sensors that provide riders with valuable data on training schedules, soundness, rhythm, straightness, contact and the horse's overall lightness. Their goal was to integrate technology into equestrian sports to prevent horse injuries by monitoring rider impact and horse health. Ipos partnered with us to create the Rein Sensor, a device placed between the rein and the bit to measure pulling force, displayed in real-time via an app. Despite challenges like budget constraints, sensitivity requirements, and durability, we successfully developed, produced, and tested the solution to meet Ipos's needs. These products are no longer available.
