Last week, Jan van Oorsouw, the internship supervisor of our assembly department, received a Pluim from Ger van Dijk of SBB (Cooperation Organization for Professional Education in Business). The SBB arranges the certification for a learn-work company and every year they have an election for the best internship supervisor of the year and the best internship company of the year.
We are nominated for both elections!
We are very proud of that! We are even more proud of Jan, who always guides the boys (and sometimes girls) who do their internship here with great pleasure and enthusiasm. Ger was at our location to 'assess' our nomination and to write a report for the jury. He then came up with the Plume. Jan can already put this one in his pocket, fingers crossed that we actually win the election(s)!
