Core duties
In the role of Test & Service Engineer, you and your team are responsible for testing, releasing, and supporting our products, from prototype through delivery and use in the field. You play a key role in safeguarding the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. Whether you are just starting your career or already have extensive experience, we offer plenty of opportunities for growth. The core tasks and responsibilities of a Test- & Service engineer include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
- Testing, validating, and verifying products and systems (hardware and software) against specifications, standards, and customer requirements, in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- Analyze and resolve malfunctions and technical problems and report findings to development.
- Analyze, repair, test, and document returned modules for quality assurance and continuous product improvement.
- Monitor and improve the quality of delivered products by identifying structural issues, proposing improvement measures, and supporting release processes.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test procedures, service and quality documentation and support acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with colleagues from development, production, service, and project management to realize reliable, safe, and high-quality products.

Job requirements
Possess the desired communication and social skills such as listening, asking questions, involvement, empathy and a dose of ambition.
- A technical background in electronics, electrical engineering or similar.
- Affinity with testing, validating and verifying technical products and systems (hardware and software).
- Experience in analyzing and resolving technical faults, both at component and system level.
- Able to accurately document test results, analyses, and repairs and communicate these clearly to other departments within our company.
- Analytically strong, accurate and quality-oriented, with an eye for structural improvements and product reliability.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different disciplines.
- A proactive and independent working attitude, with the willingness to take responsibility for the end result.
- Willingness to further develop yourself, with opportunities for growth towards a management role.
