OpenTherm test tool
"OpenTherm is a multipoint-to-point communication protocol for use in home climate control. This is a non-manufacturer-dependent communication system between modulating HVAC heating appliances and room thermostats. It consists of a communication protocol and an interface specification," says OpenTherm Association. For this purpose, VEDS Group designed the OpenTherm test tool in cooperation with OpenTherm Association, enabling their customers to develop new products using this test tool. VEDS Group developed the hardware, software and arranged the mechanical elements for OpenTherm. We also assembled the first small series of the device.
