Recently, there has been an increasing demand for multidisciplinary development projects, whereby our employees are required to demonstrate other skills in addition to their technical knowledge, such as communication and planning. That is why VEDS Group, in collaboration with consultant Bert Loos from Buscomas, has developed a trajectory started with the aim of achieving a high degree of self-motivation (communication, planning and collaboration).
